Business dashboard

Your business operations, connected in one dashboard.

The dashboard is the central workspace that connects public booking with day-to-day administration: appointments, services, booking activity, and tools for sharing service booking links.

1 · Overview

Understand what needs attention

When you open Reports, the page asks a practical question first: what needs attention today? Cards summarize upcoming appointments, open tasks, inactive services, booking errors, cancellations, and reschedules — each with a clear next step into the related tool.

  • Review booking activity counts with labeled periods on the page.
  • Jump from a card into upcoming appointments, tasks, services, or related logs.
  • Where booking values appear, the screen labels them separately from deposits collected or settled payouts.

2 · Appointments

Review upcoming appointments

Prepare for scheduled work from the Upcoming appointments list: date and time, service, customer display name, location, and status. Open a row when you need the booking detail page.

  • Scan booked, cancelled, and rescheduled statuses in one table.
  • Use page links for Appointments, Errors, Cancelled, Rescheduled, Calendar, and All bookings.
  • Open an individual booking from the row action when you need more detail.

3 · Services

Organize your services

Keep the offerings customers book in one manageable workspace. The service list shows titles, prices, pre-booking amounts, active and featured settings, and a Detail action for each row — so the catalog stays understandable as you update it.

  • Search and sort the catalog (including by price, pre-booking, active, and featured).
  • Review and adjust visible fields such as price and pre-booking amounts in the list.
  • Open Detail for fuller service settings when a row needs more than a quick edit.

Built for appointment-based service businesses

These screens use a beauty and personal-care booking example alongside consulting-style catalog entries. The same operational pattern supports local appointment businesses, adult tutoring and training, consulting and independent professionals, and service businesses that also offer complementary products.

Configuration and additional functionality depend on the agreed business scope. Inkira can configure and extend the workspace for agreed workflows — without promising an unlimited LMS, retail platform, payroll suite, or agency management product from these four screens alone.

Common fit

  • Beauty and personal care
  • Local appointment-based services
  • Adult tutoring and training
  • Consulting and independent professionals
  • Services with complementary products

Dashboard questions

Is the dashboard a separate product?

No. It is how you operate Inkira after a booking is made: appointments, services, activity, and related tools in one workspace.

Where do I see reporting?
