How Inkira Works
Set up the business, take bookings, manage customers, get paid, then automate and grow.
What is the operating loop?
Inkira is not a pile of modules. It is a sequence: configure services, accept appointments, keep customer records, collect payment, reduce admin, then use the same data to grow.
1. Set up your business
Add services, pricing, availability, locations and the information customers need before they commit. This is the catalog your booking flow reads from.
2. Accept bookings
Customers select services and available times online. Walk-ins can be booked in person from the same system. You are not running a separate calendar for each channel.
3. Manage customers
Booking history and customer information flow into the CRM. The next appointment starts from a record, not from a search through texts.
4. Get paid
Collect deposits or payments through Stripe-backed infrastructure. Inkira records the payment against the booking. Stripe processes cards; it does not endorse Inkira.
5. Automate operations
Confirmations, reminders and follow-up reduce the manual “did you get my message?” loop. Abandoned-booking recovery exists in the booking flow so incomplete attempts are not silently lost.
6. Grow
Business pages, customer data, follow-up tools and marketing features help you generate more opportunities from the same operational system — not from a disconnected lead tool.
